(NYSE: WTI) today announced that it will release its first quarter 2015 financial and operational results after the market closes on Wednesday, May 6, 2015.  In conjunction with the release, the Company has scheduled a conference call, which will also be broadcast live over the Internet, on Thursday, May 7, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time (8:30 a.m. Central Time).

The Company also announced that its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held at 8 a.m. Central Time on May 6, 2015, at the offices of the Company, Nine Greenway Plaza, Suite 300, Houston, Texas 77046.
