W&T Offshore Saddened by Passing of its Chairman Emeritus and Corporate Secretary, Jerome F. ("Jere") Freel
HOUSTON, Dec. 6, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- W&T Offshore, Inc. (NYSE: WTI) announced today that its Director J.F. Freel, aged 99, passed away peacefully on Friday, December 2, 2011, after a short illness. Mr. Freel was a co-founder of W&T and he served on the Board since its inception. He has acted as Corporate Secretary of the Company since 1984.
