11. Dividends During the six months ended June 30, 2012 and 2011, we paid regular cash dividends of $0.08 and $0.04 per common share per quarter, respectively. On July 30, 2012, our board of directors declared a cash dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable on September 12, 2012 to shareholders of record on August 22, 2012. |
